Share

At the Caribbean Media Exchange (CMEx) Leadership Awards in Miami last December, Shomari Scott, Chief Business Officer of Health City Cayman Islands, was among the regional leaders recognized for advancing innovation and development in the Caribbean.

Scott, a former Cayman Islands Director of Tourism, used the occasion to reflect on leadership, legacy and the importance of building industries that create opportunities for future generations in the Cayman Islands and across the region.

Scott emphasized the responsibility of Caribbean leaders to sow the seeds of progress so future generations can thrive. He also highlighted the often-unseen support systems behind success, and thanked the teams, partners and family members who help drive progress, while paying special tribute to his wife, Nichelle, whose steadfast support has helped make his journey possible.
