Strategic destination readiness starts with people

Share

Aquila Center for Cruise Excellence, the official training partner of the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA), was represented at last week’s FCCA PAMAC Destination Summit in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, by Partner Melanie Colpitts and Ambra Attus, Director of Impact, Growth & Development.

Joining cruise executives, destination leaders and industry stakeholders from across the Caribbean and Latin America, the Aquila team participated in a week of networking, collaboration and knowledge sharing focused on strengthening the future of cruise tourism.

The Aquila team continues to advocate for strategic destination readiness, working with destinations, ports and tourism stakeholders to identify opportunities, address challenges and develop tailored training strategies that elevate service delivery, strengthen local capacity and create exceptional experiences for visitors and residents alike.

As cruise tourism continues to evolve, opportunities to share best practices, strengthen destination readiness and invest in people remain essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting sustainable growth across the region.
