NASSAU, Bahamas (May 20, 2026) — Graeme Davis, President and CEO of Baha Mar, has been appointed Chairman of the Nassau & Paradise Island Promotion Board (NPIPB), succeeding fellow hotelier John Conway.

Davis’ extensive leadership experience and intimate knowledge of the destination are expected to bolster the continued growth and global positioning of Nassau & Paradise Island as he collaborates closely with NPIPB CEO Joy Jibrilu and the board’s 19 member hotels and resorts.

Jibrilu, a former Director General of Bahamas Tourism, welcomed Davis to the role, calling his appointment a significant asset for the destination. “His leadership and deep knowledge of this destination will be a tremendous asset as we work together to keep elevating Nassau & Paradise Island on the world stage,” she said.

Jibrilu also thanked outgoing Chairman Conway, General Manager of The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, for a decade of dedicated service. “His contributions to this destination have been lasting and meaningful,” Jibrilu noted.
