The CTO Chapter U.K. & Europe has appointed hospitality veteran Nadine Rankin as its new chapter manager.
Rankin’s appointment marks an important new phase for the CTO Chapter U.K. & Europe as it continues to strengthen its support for members, expand its program of activities, and champion Caribbean tourism across the U.K. and European markets.
“The CTO Chapter has been an important part of my professional life for nearly three decades, and this feels like such a natural progression. Having had the privilege of running my own company, which enabled me to volunteer a small amount of time to supporting the Chapter, I now have the opportunity to devote my energy full-time to an organization whose mission I deeply value,” stated Rankin who is British.
Rankin recently shuttered her longstanding tourism representation company, AMG, and will work closely with Florian Valmy-Devillers, business development director of the chapter, who credited her commercial acumen and extensive industry knowledge.
“With more than 25 years of active involvement in the CTO Chapter, Nadine’s experience as treasurer will also be a valuable asset in supporting and strengthening the Chapter’s financial and administrative operations. Her ability to speak German, French and Spanish is another significant asset as we continue to strengthen our engagement across the United Kingdom and key European source markets.”
Rankin’s role is designed to provide strong operational and administrative support while contributing to the continued growth, visibility and professional development of the organization.
