Share

The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) has unveiled its 2025 theme: “Caribbean Resilience: Crafting Tomorrow’s Tourism”.

This forward-looking theme highlights the region’s commitment to strengthening its tourism sector by embracing innovation, sustainability, and collaboration. With the Caribbean’s proven ability to navigate challenges – from natural disasters to global economic shifts – the theme serves as a call to action for stakeholders to invest in future-ready strategies that ensure long-term success.

CTO Chairman Ian Gooding-Edghill, Barbados’ Minister of Tourism and International Transport, emphasized the transformative power of the theme, noting its focus on people, partnerships, sustainability, and technological advancement.

He urged stakeholders to think beyond recovery and focus on building a tourism industry that not only meets today’s demands but also anticipates future opportunities. Throughout 2025, CTO will lead initiatives, workshops, and events aimed at fostering resilience and innovation, ensuring that the Caribbean remains a leader in global tourism.
